Hematology Navigator RN provides cancer care guidance and support to patients throughout their journey.

About the Role :

This Registered Nurse serves as a consistent resource for patients, families, and caregivers navigating cancer treatment. They provide emotional support, empower patients with information and education, and facilitate referrals and interventions as needed.

Key Responsibilities :

• Enable patients to understand treatment decisions and plans
• Empower patients to participate in their care
• Reduce stress and anxiety associated with cancer diagnosis
• Support patients through survivorship planning

Required Skills & Qualifications :

Ambulatory experience in oncology or related field preferred. BSN required upon hire, National Provider BLS certification within 30 days of hire, OCN certification within 18 months of hire.
