$15–$20 / hr | Paid Training | No Nights or Weekends | Full-Time

At  The Maids in South Charlotte , we are a trusted leader in residential house cleaning. Our 2–3 person teams use a proven system to make homes sparkle and create healthier environments for families  using eco-friendly products .

What You’ll Do

  • Clean homes in teams using our professional system
  • Dust, vacuum (backpack vacuums), and clean floors
  • Deliver high-quality service with a positive attitude
  • Work safely and reliably in homes (including with pets)

    • What We’re Looking For

  • Dependable, team-oriented, and detail-focused
  • Honest, hardworking, and customer-service minded
  • Comfortable with physical work (lifting, bending, standing)
  • Driver’s license a plus for leadership positions
  • Bilingual (English / Spanish) a plus
