SDWAN Rollout Project Coordinator / Project Manager

Pay

  • W-2 : $48 to $50 per hour
  • Non-exempt (eligible for overtime)

Schedule

  • Monday to Friday
  • Central Time Zone hours
  • No weekends or on-call work
  • Steady 40 hours per week

    • Location

  • Remote is acceptable
  • Preference for candidates near San Antonio or Austin

  • Contract
  • Duration : 12 to 18 months

    • What You'll Do

  • Help manage a large project to upgrade internet and network systems at many locations
  • Coordinate with vendors, engineers, and site contacts to schedule work and ensure tasks are completed
  • Order internet circuits and track progress using Excel, Outlook, and Teams
  • Keep documentation updated, follow up with stakeholders, and maintain rollout status
  • This is not a technical role — engineers will handle the hands-on work

    • What You Need

  • 5+ years of experience in similar roles
  • Experience supporting large-scale rollouts across multiple sites
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage many details
  • Experience working directly with end clients (not just telecom providers)
  • Familiarity with SDWAN and how it's deployed
  • Ability to work with internet providers to set up and troubleshoot circuits
  • Comfortable using Excel and Microsoft Office tools
