Key Responsibilities
Attend check-ins with project managers and support contract development and budget evaluation
Monitor dashboards and financial systems, ensuring Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) are updated
Respond to ad-hoc administrative requests and issues as they arise
Required Qualifications
3-6 years of operations management or business process management experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for complex reporting and data analysis
Experience managing third-party vendors and service providers
Ability to identify inefficiencies and implement process improvements
Bachelor's degree in business or operations-related field, or equivalent experience
