Advertised Position Title : Applicant Pool for Adjunct Faculty, Lab Assistant, Visual Communication

Responsibilities

Monitor and assist students while they are working in the Commercial Art labs.

Assist students with projects utilizing Adobe software : Acrobat, After Effects, Dreamweaver, Illustrator, InDesign and Flash.

Communicate with students, work well with faculty, and understand the requirements of student assignments and projects. Maintain a working knowledge of current industry standards.

Qualifications

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities : Working knowledge of Adobe products and Mac operating system.

Education / Experience : Associate degree or two-year technical certificate; 2 years experience in related field of Commercial Art or Graphic Design.

Other Characteristics

Good listener, committed to helping aspiring graphic designers; maintains a professional demeanor in and outside of the classroom.
