Associate Director, Contract & Prescription To Dose Strategy
We are seeking an experienced Associate Director, Contract & Prescription To Dose Strategy who will play a critical role in shaping market access, payer contracting, and dosing optimization strategies for our innovative postpartum therapeutic. This individual will design and implement contracting approaches with both payers and PBMs, while also leading the development of Rx-to-dose strategies to ensure optimal experience, uptake, and patient outcomes. The ideal candidate combines expertise in pharmaceutical contracting with a strong understanding of clinical dosing dynamics, health economics, and the unique needs of women's health populations.

The base compensation range for this role is : $168,000.00-$231,000.00. Base salary offered is determined through an analytical approach utilizing a combination of factors including, but not limited to, relevant skills & experience, job location, and internal equity. Regular employees are eligible to receive both short term and long-term incentives, including cash bonus and equity incentive opportunities, designed to reward recent achievements and recognize your future potential based on individual, business unit and company performance.
