Under the direction of Chef within established company and departmental policies and procedures, Culinary Server performs the following functions :

• Using designated standards, setup breakfast station, take orders using POS and prepare breakfast items for residents a la minute.
• Set place setting with clean and sanitized flatware and glassware.
• Break down and clean breakfast station and reset for lunch with deli preparation.
• Present residents with lunch options and take orders using POS system.
• Prepare assigned menu items in conjunction with central kitchen for lunch service and serve to residents.
• Remove all dirty plates, flatware, glassware etc, from service, wash, sanitize and place in designated location.
• Ensure proper cleaning and sanitation of dining space is completed daily using the appropriate checklist.
• Assist in maintaining proper stock levels of all items necessary for resident comfort and care
• Ability to operate ovens, dishwasher, mixer, slicer and other general kitchen equipment to greatest advantage.

Qualifications :

Ideal schedule for this position is 7am-3 : 30pm shift- Must be available weekends and Holidays.
