The Business Continutity (SimCorp Business) role is responsible for ensuring the continuity of business operations within the SimCorp Business unit. This role involves developing, implementing, and maintaining business continuity plans to mitigate risks and ensure operational resilience.

Key responsibilities include :

Developing and maintaining business continuity plans for the SimCorp Business unit.

Conducting risk assessments and business impact analyses to identify potential disruptions.

Leading business continuity training and awareness programs for employees.

Coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective communication during business continuity events.

Monitoring and updating business continuity plans to reflect changes in business processes and external environments.

Collaborating with IT and other departments to ensure the integration of business continuity measures into overall IT and operational strategies.

Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards related to business continuity.

Participating in incident response and recovery efforts to restore business operations as quickly as possible.

Conducting regular testing and drills to validate the effectiveness of business continuity plans.

Providing support and guidance to other business units on business continuity best practices.

Qualifications :

Bachelors degree in a related field (e.g., Business, Information Technology, Management).

Professional certification in business continuity management (e.g., BCP, CERT-BC, or similar) is preferred.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in business continuity, risk management, or a related field.

Strong understanding of business continuity principles, practices, and standards.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.

Experience with business continuity software and tools is a plus.
