This position is fully remote, but your focus will be on business development efforts in Georgia, helping us build and grow a strong referral network across the state.
As we expand our services in Georgia, we are looking to connect with more healthcare professionals and community referral partners, including pediatricians, primary care clinics, schools, and other key organizations.

- $20 per hour Working Hours : 9 : 00 AM – 2 : 00 PM EST Job Summary : Fiesta Health is seeking a highly motivated Business Development Representative to lead outreach efforts in Georgia.
- In this role, you’ll be responsible for identifying and nurturing referral relationships to generate awareness and client referrals for our ABA services.
- This is a high-activity position ideal for someone who enjoys outreach, relationship-building, and making a measurable impact.
Key Responsibilities :
- Make 50–100 outbound calls per day to healthcare providers, clinics, schools, and community organizations across Georgia and other states as needed to build and maintain a strong referral pipeline.
- Develop and manage relationships with key referral partners, including pediatricians, therapists, care coordinators, educational institutions, and other healthcare professionals.
- Consistently meet or exceed outreach and conversion targets by tracking and achieving daily, weekly, and monthly performance goals.
- Use our CRM system to manage leads and document all outreach activity, ensuring timely and accurate records of communications, follow-ups, and outcomes.
- Plan and conduct virtual meetings and “lunch and learns” to educate referral sources about Fiesta Health’s ABA services.
- Responsibilities include scheduling the session, organizing the presentation, coordinating food delivery, and managing all remote logistics.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless intake process and deliver an exceptional experience for families referred by partners.
- Follow up regularly with clinical and administrative teams to request client updates and provide timely progress reports to referral partners to foster trust and engagement.
- Meet daily with the Operations Manager to review outreach metrics, discuss referral updates, and provide a summary of the previous day's activities and outcomes.
- Represent Fiesta Health at Georgia-based events, either virtually or in person (with advance notice), to build brand awareness and strengthen local community ties.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, Psychology, or a related field. 2+ years of experience in business development within the healthcare industry — ideally in behavioral health or ABA — or 3+ years of experience in business development in a related industry.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in outbound outreach, including high-volume calling and relationship management.
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage professionals across various sectors.
- Comfortable working remotely, managing a structured schedule, and consistently achieving high outreach and performance targets.
- Proficient in using CRM platforms (e.g., Salesmate, HubSpot, Salesforce) to manage leads, track interactions, and report on outreach metrics.
- A genuine passion for helping children and families access high-quality behavioral health services.
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and results-driven, with strong follow-through and attention to detail.
