Position

We are hiring two full-time Accessioners to join our team in Tempe, Arizona—one on the day shift and one on the overnight shift. This is an entry-level opportunity ideal for individuals with strong attention to detail, accuracy, and reliability who are interested in building a career in laboratory operations.

Candidates with coursework or experience in molecular biology, chemistry, biochemistry, or healthcare are encouraged to apply. Those with relevant education, certifications, or prior lab experience will be prioritized, but all qualified applicants are welcome.

Schedule :

We are hiring for both day and overnight shifts.

• Day Shift :  Approximately 8 : 30 a.m. – 5 : 00 p.m. (subject to change based on business needs; flexibility required for this new route)
• Overnight Shift :  10 : 00 p.m. – 6 : 30 a.m.
• Final schedules (Monday–Friday or Tuesday–Saturday) are pending confirmation by the hiring team.

W2 hourly Team Members receive an 8% shift differential for hours worked between 8 : 00 p.m. and 4 : 00 a.m., as well as for all hours worked on Saturdays and Sundays.

All positions require time zone awareness, including the impact of daylight saving time, as we are a multi-state organization with teams and partners across different U.S. time zones. Clear communication and timely coordination are essential.

Job Type :  Full-time, Onsite (Tempe, AZ)

Salary :  $17.75 – $19.50 / hour, depending on experience

8% shift differential for overnight and weekend hours

Benefits for full-time W2 Team Members :

Benefits begin 60 days after the first full month of full-time employment.

Tempe, AZ : Reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (Required)
