Distribution Coordinator - Administrative

Duration : 4+ Months Potential to Extend

Job Description : Project Scope : Position standard day includes receiving and checking in inventory, cycle counts, organizing and building surgical sets of instruments for hospitals which include inspecting, counting, verifying, double-checking and computer transactions for documentation; these tasks would already be identified each day. This position requires a high degree of focus and dexterity in organizing small parts and following protocols. Monthly one Sat OT required. OT may also be needed based on workload. Position is fast-paced and candidacy should understand the sense of urgency.

Background / Education : HS diploma required; Position requires attention to detail, great communication skills and professionalism with all levels of the organization; requires Microsoft Suite knowledge (Outlook and Excel). AS400 software experience highly preferred, but will train as needed.

Must Haves : Strong work ethic; a desire to advance and win as a team in a task-driven culture. Works well under minimal supervision and maintains excellent attendance. A customer-driven mindset while supporting daily functions, punctual daily communications, and delivering accurate and dependable work for our customers.

Software Knowledge : Microsoft suite including Excel, Word and Outlook; AS400 experience preferred.

Notes : position will be 60% on floor and 40% documentation; interview will be by phone and then onsite.
