Key Responsibilities
Handle and resolve a high volume of incoming calls by identifying problems and communicating solutions
Maintain knowledge of products and procedures to assist consumers effectively
Navigate multiple databases to provide timely responses to consumer inquiries
Required Qualifications
High School diploma or equivalent
Experience in a customer service position; call center experience preferred
Proficient PC skills, including navigating multiple screens and systems
Must meet internet speed requirements and have a secure workspace
Availability for training from December 1, 2025, to December 30, 2025
