Konza Prairie Community Health Center is seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse to serve as our Director of Nursing (DON). What You’ll Do :
- Lead and manage the clinical nursing team across all health center locations.
- Ensure high standards of patient care, safety, and compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Collaborate with providers, administrative staff, and external partners to improve clinical workflows and outcomes.
- Develop and implement nursing policies, procedures, and quality improvement initiatives.
- Mentor and support nursing staff through training, performance evaluations, and professional development.

Current RN license in the state of Kansas.Minimum of 5 years of nursing experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.Strong knowledge of clinical operations, regulatory standards, and patient-centered care.Excellent communication, organizational, and team-building skills.Experience in a community health or outpatient setting preferred.Ready to lead with purpose and make a lasting impact?
