We are seeking an experienced Traveling Superintendent / Foreman to lead field operations on complex power delivery, industrial, and general construction projects across the U.S. This position plays a critical role in ensuring that projects are executed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience leading crews on multi-discipline projects and thrives in a dynamic, travel-based work environment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Supervise and coordinate daily activities of field crews, subcontractors, and craft labor to ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within scope.
• Plan and manage site logistics, equipment utilization, and material deliveries.
• Collaborate with project management and engineering teams to interpret drawings, resolve field issues, and maintain progress.
• Enforce all company and client safety policies; lead daily safety meetings and site audits.
• Track and report progress, manpower, and material usage to project management.
• Ensure work is performed in compliance with design specifications and quality standards.
• Support QA / QC documentation, inspections, and turnover processes.
• Oversee mobilization, site setup, and demobilization activities for multiple project locations.
• Foster positive relationships with clients, vendors, and team members to support successful project outcomes.
