RN Supervisor - Emergency Department - Full Time

The Registered Nurse Supervisor provides first-line operational supervision of the delivery, implementation and evaluation / improvement of direct patient care emergency medicine and nursing services and personnel in assigned functional unit / areas within a 24 / 7 Emergency Services Department. The nursing supervisor is responsible for the supervision of all nursing and unit-based personnel and the provision of a safe, caring environment for patient / family and staff which fosters professional nursing practice, shared decision-making, interdisciplinary teamwork and collaboration resulting in positive patient and staff outcomes.

Current Colorado or compact state RN license or ability to become licensed. Education : Graduation from an accredited nursing program with a Bachelor's, Associated, or Diploma in Nursing. BLS required upon hire. ACLS, TNCC and PALS or ENPC within 6 months.
