We areseeking full time physicians who are passionate about delivering holistic,patient-centered care to older adults through an integrated care model thatsupports clinical autonomy and meaningful relationships with patients. As a Primary Care Physicianin our PACE program, you will provide comprehensive primary care to frailseniors, collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to ensure optimal healthoutcomes. This role includes clinical leadership and offers a uniqueopportunity to make a lasting impact in a supportive, team-based environment.
