Must Haves :

• 1 year of experience as a Medical Assistant
• BLS Certified
• Phlebotomy / Venipuncture experience

Day to Day :

Insight Global is looking for a Medical Assistant to join their team for a three-month contract opportunity. This candidate will be responsible for assisting physicians with medical procedures in office. This candidate will be assisting the physicians by performing various administrative and clinical tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our medical facility. Clinical task for this role includes the following : rooming patients, assisting physicians during examinations, administering medications, performing basic laboratory tests, and providing patient education on treatment plans, procedures, and follow-up care. Lastly, the administrative tasks include inventory management, scheduling appointments, and managing patient records.
