Job Description

As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for becoming a knowledgeable product specialist, and providing exceptional service to our customers. Buckeye Ford maintains a positive and supportive work environment, and works to provide opportunities for growth and development within the company.

Job Type & Schedule

Job Type : Full-time

Pay : $40,000.00 – $100,000.00 per year

Work Requirements :

Work Schedule : Varies; full-time hours required

Ability to Commute : London, OH (Required)

Work Location : In person

Responsibilities

Perform professional demonstrations of new and used vehicles

Assist customers in selecting vehicles that meet their needs and budget

Conduct test drives and highlight key features

Present financing options

Complete necessary paperwork and documentation for each sale

Follow up with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent

Previous sales experience preferred, but not needed

Strong communication and customer service skills

Ability to work in a team environment

Must be organized and detail-oriented

Professional, well-groomed personal appearance

Clean driving record

Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check drug screen
