Key Responsibilities
Own and optimize core GTM tools, recommending enhancements across the tech stack
Manage data for lead scoring and segmentation, ensuring data quality and integrity
Design and execute experiments to improve conversion rates and shorten sales cycles
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in Marketing Operations, Revenue Operations, or Sales Operations in B2B SaaS
Hands-on expertise with GTM technologies such as Salesloft, Salesforce, and Marketo
Strong technical skills in workflow automation and system integrations
Experience with A / B testing and leveraging AI-powered tools
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field
