Key Responsibilities
Design, measure, and optimize care models using actuarial science and health economics
Collaborate with Clinical, Operations, and Finance leadership to forecast program impacts and evaluate performance
Quantify the influence of clinical and operational decisions on medical costs, risk adjustment revenue, and patient outcomes
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or a related field
ASA or near-ASA designation
5+ years of actuarial, healthcare analytics, or related professional experience
Proficiency in Excel and exposure to SQL, Python, R, or similar tools
Experience working with large healthcare datasets and synthesizing findings into actionable insights
