Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures
Provide guidance on employee relations and conduct staff surveys
Oversee recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and compliance with employment laws
Required Qualifications
At least five years of relevant non-profit HR experience
Experience in implementing HR policies and procedures
Relevant HR Director experience
Project management experience in HR
HR certification (SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP) is a plus
