Senior Director Dewolf Innovation Center For Aging And Dementia
This position supports Mercy's philosophy of patient-centered care by providing dynamic leadership, vision, strategic direction and operational oversight for the DeWolf Innovation Center For Aging And Dementia. The Senior Director will develop, execute, promote and advocate for aging, caregiving and dementia programs and services for the Cedar Rapids community and beyond. Further, they will be responsible for leading the DeWolf Innovation Center For Aging And Dementia to continued success while maintaining its mission, culture and values. They will oversee all Center operations, strategic planning, and growth initiatives ensuring the Center's long-term sustainability. The Senior Director will be expected to manage the leadership transition, preserve the Center's legacy, and position it for future success. Additionally, they will serve as a custodian of the Center's values and its long-term vision, while also adapting to new opportunities, and challenges.

- Supervises Operations Manager; Family Caregivers Center Manager; Family Caregivers Center Education & Outreach Facilitator; Family Caregivers Center Caregiver Engagement Facilitator, and Community Connections Facilitator

5 years of healthcare management or related leadership experiencePrior lived experience applicable to the job (professionally and personally)Education
