Ad Sales Representative – Media & Brand Partnerships
LensCulture is one of the world’s leading platforms for contemporary photography. With over 3 million engaged followers worldwide and a subscriber base of 600,000+ photography enthusiasts, we connect photographers, publishers, brands, and cultural organizations through award-winning competitions, curated exhibitions, and high-impact editorial content.
The Role
We are seeking a results-driven Ad Sales Representative to build and grow our advertising and sponsorship business. This person will be responsible for selling display advertising, branded content, dedicated email campaigns, and collaborative co-promotions to companies that align with our values and global audience.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage relationships with brands, agencies, and organizations in photography, media, and adjacent industries.
- Sell digital advertising packages including newsletter banners, dedicated emails, sponsored guides, and social media collaborations.
- Identify and close new business opportunities, while also managing and growing repeat client relationships.
- Work closely with the editorial and marketing teams to create compelling proposals and integrated campaigns.
- Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and deliver measurable ROI for partners.
