We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Pediatric Surgeon specializing in Trauma for a locum tenens position near BABSON PARK, FL. This role includes scheduled clinical hours plus call, providing comprehensive care for pediatric patients.
Key Responsibilities :
Patient Care : Manage an average of 10 patients per shift in both inpatient and outpatient settings.Clinical Duties : Provide general and trauma surgical care to pediatric patients aged 0-17 (trauma care limited to ages 0-15).Administrative Duties : Utilize the Cerner EMR system for all patient documentation and management.Rounding : Perform rounds on both inpatients and outpatients, ensuring continuous care.On-call Duties : Provide 24-hour call coverage with clinic hours from 8 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday. Call starts at 7 AM and ends at 6 : 59 AM the following day.Benefits of This Position :
