Documented history of guiding hospitals, physician groups, AMCs, SNFs, and home health agencies on regulatory compliance. Robust experience in structuring business relationships to conform to applicable legal frameworks. Prior experience with private payors is highly desirable. Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively convey legal advice and build trust with clients. Strong leadership capabilities to steer and mentor cross-functional teams. Detailed-oriented with a proactive approach to preventing legal issues. Senior Healthcare Reimbursement Attorney
We are seeking a highly qualified and motivated Senior Attorney specialized in Healthcare Reimbursement to join our nationally recognized Healthcare Practice Group. This pivotal role will lead our legal team in providing expert advice on billing, reimbursement compliance, regulatory matters, and anti-fraud practices to top-tier healthcare clients. This is a direct hire position located in key cities across the U.S., offering a competitive salary, generous bonuses, and comprehensive benefits.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
- Counsel healthcare providers on Medicare, Medicaid, and VA / Tricare reimbursement requirements to ensure compliance and optimize financial operations.
- Structure healthcare transactions to align with Stark, Anti-Kickback, and False Claims Act regulations to mitigate risks and enhance compliance integrity.
- Lead the navigation of intricate healthcare enrollment processes, claims submissions, and proactive billing compliance strategies.
- Provide top-tier strategic guidance on business relationships and complex transactions involving diverse healthcare entities to foster robust compliance frameworks.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to tackle healthcare regulatory and compliance issues, ensuring client operations align with legal standards.
