We are looking for a : CNC Operator General Summary : We are looking for a CNC Operator to join our team and assist in setting up and operating a computer numerical control (CNC) machine. Prior CNC experience of 1 year minimum is required, but CNC programming experience is required to be eligible for consideration. Required Skills : Attention to detail Experience in CNC operation and programming Troubleshooting and Problem-Solving Skills Responsibilities : Machine Setup and Programming : Set up and program CNC machines to produce components according to work orders. May be required to run secondary equipment such as saws, other routers, and CNC machines Production : Translate engineering drawings and requirements into dimensions for production, measure first piece for accuracy and report to request for continued production. Troubleshooting : Periodically inspect machine to ensure drill alignment and resolve any issues that may arise during the production process. Safety and Maintenance : Adhere to safety guidelines, wearing appropriate PPE, performing routine maintenance and keeping work area clean. Benefits : Temp-to-hire opportunity.
