California Licensed HR Generalist

A company is looking for a Human Resources Generalist 2 with a preference for CA Employment Law.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in developing policies, procedures, and maintaining the employee handbook

Coordinate communications to the workforce and resolve employee complaints

Manage unemployment claims and analyze HR metrics to support decision-making

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in human resources management or related discipline, or equivalent experience

3-5 years of progressive HR experience collaborating with leaders on HR matters

Experience in diverse business functions or multi-site operations preferred

Background in high-growth or complex industries such as healthcare or technology preferred

Knowledge of CA Employment Law preferred
