Account Executive (Remote)

Likewise is a media and entertainment platform providing personalized content recommendations and discovery for TV, Movies, Books and Podcasts. We have the largest entertainment and media focused newsletters available anywhere. Our newsletters complement our existing product ecosystem of mobile apps, streaming TV guides on the web, and connected TV apps, and they have more than 5M subscriptions.

We are hiring Account Executives at various levels who will build and execute on a robust digital ad sales strategy to monetize Likewise’s growing email newsletter business.

Please note : we are headquartered in the Seattle area, but this position is eligible to be fully remote.

Responsibilities :

• Deliver immediate revenue against target plan
• Create and build relationships at key entertainment marketers, leading marketers from other relevant categories, and / or associated media agencies
• Ensure Likewise’s advertising offerings are top-of-mind during key planning and buying cycles
• Successfully pitch and win new clients; grow existing revenue from current clients
• Compellingly articulate the benefits and unique features of a scaled email newsletter
• Create marketing and advertising industry awareness of Likewise broadly and its email newsletter offerings specifically
• Evangelize the benefits of email newsletters generally and Likewise’s entertainment-focused offering as a unique, standalone product
• Help define and create strategic and highly polished pitch collateral
• Represent Likewise at advertising industry events

In the spirit of pay transparency, we are pleased to share the base salary range for this position is $75K to $90K with significant commission potential over and above base. We acknowledge that this is a really wide range, and that is because we're open to hiring and multiple career levels. In addition, we anticipate negotiation higher / lower on base and commission depending on the individual. If you are hired at Likewise, your compensation will be determined based on factors that may include including geographic location, skills, education, and experience. In addition to these factors, we believe in the importance of pay equity and consider internal equity of our current team members as a part of any offer. Please bear in mind that the range listed is the full base salary range for the role, and hiring at the top of the range would not be typical, in order to allow for future salary growth. The range listed is just one component of Likewise’s total compensation, which includes : PTO; paid holidays; medical, dental, vision, life, and AD&D insurance; employee assistance program; 401k; professional development; paid parental leave. Certain revenue-generating positions may be eligible for commission and / or other incentive compensation.
