Resident Coordinator LHH Recruitment Solutions is hiring a Resident Coordinator for our nonprofit client located in Santa Barbara. This position will be 100% onsite and there are multiple shifts available for our client (both day and swing). This will also be a contract opportunity for our client through the end of the year. This position will be a support position assisting our client's staff and program participants in an interim housing environment. The role will be helping to de-escalate situations, performing room checks, guiding tours for guests, and being a support to anyone within the facility that needs it. Interested candidates must feel comfortable working with individuals experiencing homelessness, mental health and / or substance abuse ailments. Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 1 year customer service experience, experience working the homeless population strongly desired
• Proficiency working within Microsoft Office

Pay Details : $20.00 to $23.00 per hour
