Opened in 1999 Peasant quickly became a mainstay in Nolita and beyond. Chef Marc Forgione continues the Peasant tradition of wood fire cooking with rustic Italian menu. We seek hospitality driven Bussers and Runners who are interested in working in a collaborative team environment. We are looking for staff who have a passion for hospitality and have a strong work ethic and desire to continue to learn and grow. Responsabilities include supporting the servers in the table maitenance of the guests experience as well and general cleanliness of the service areas while replenishing the service stations with clean service items and removing dirty ones. We are looking for someone who wants to find ways to create memorable experiences for our guests, a thirst for knowledge and a team player.
