Overview
Manager, Investment, Affiliate and Influencer. Rise is an award-winning, full-service Media Agency of Record backed by data and powered by people. We create omnichannel experiences with our tech stack and analytics to help brands solve challenges. Rise focuses on omnichannel media, commerce and retail media, in-home media, content and creator marketing, with a transparent culture.
Location : Chicago (4 days in office).
Key Responsibilities
- Drive strategy and execution to meet budget, target revenue, and customer acquisition goals
- Serve as trusted advisor to clients on calls, emails, and in-person meetings
- Build leadership-level relationships with partners and drive mutual value among client, partner, and Rise
- Develop and negotiate CPA media buys with favorable terms
- Act as initial point of escalation for all Affiliate-related projects across the Rise portfolio
- Consult with Account teams on opportunities in Partnerships; identify upsell opportunities and help deliver pitches
- Create compelling and insightful client presentations
- Manage a team of direct reports with onboarding, training, performance, and retention responsibilities
- Lead learning and development for the Affiliate team on publisher recruitment, relationship management, content creation, and channel growth
- Handle multiple projects in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Provide strategic direction to team members managing the client’s customer journey through affiliate and influencer channels
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree (communications, marketing, advertising, or business)5+ years of experience with affiliate networks or platforms (e.g., Impact, CJ Affiliate, Captiv8, Impact Creator) or similarProficient knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Suite; strong Excel skills a plusExperience presenting to internal and external stakeholders, including C-SuiteAbility to work cross-functionally with Account, Analytics, Technology, and Finance teamsStrong prioritization and mentoring abilitiesHigh integrity and ability to maintain confidentialityStrong written and verbal communication, negotiation skills, and ability to translate data into strategic recommendationsUnderstanding of the ecommerce ecosystem and how marketing channels connectExperience with new business development and upsellsKnowledge, Skills & Abilities
