Principal UX Researcher

A company is looking for a Principal UX Researcher.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and mentor the product design team in a user-centered design process

Conduct and analyze data from various qualitative research methods to inform product strategy

Translate research findings into actionable insights and collaborate with cross-functional teams

Required Qualifications

8+ years of experience in a UX Research role, with at least 3 years in a leadership position

Experience conducting both qualitative and quantitative user research

Comfort working in an agile development environment with multiple projects

Strong understanding of user behavior testing versus user preference testing

Portfolio of digital product design research focused on mobile channels
