Job Summary :

Fill orders for medications, monitor patient medication therapy, and provide drug information. Supervise and direct support personnel. Prepare medications by reviewing and interpreting physician orders, detecting therapeutic incompatibilities. Dispense medications by compounding, packaging, and labeling pharmaceuticals. Control medications by monitoring drug therapies; advising interventions.

• Position includes operational and clinical pharmacist responsibilities.
• (4) 10-hour shifts with rotating weekends.
• Responsible for taking call 1 night per week minimum.
• Hospital experience is preferred but not required.
