Telemetry RN Job Details – Olathe, KS Estimated Weekly Salary : $1,750 - $1,870 Assignment Length : 13 weeks (Travel Nurse Contract) Location : Olathe, Kansas 66061 Start Date : November 2, 2025 End Date : February 1, 2026 Healthcare Setting : Telemetry Unit (4East Cardiac) Shift : 12-hour nights (7 : 00 PM – 7 : 30 AM) Schedule : 3 shifts per week (36 hours / week) Weekend Rotation : Every other weekend required Holiday Coverage : Must work one day from each major holiday (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year's) Floating : Required to float to all acute care units as needed Orientation : Comprehensive orientation provided, including EPIC EMR training Registered Nurse Qualifications Active Kansas RN license (Registered Nurse) BLS and ACLS certifications required Minimum 1 year of recent Telemetry nursing experience Experience with TR Bands post-procedure, cardiac drips (Heparin, Butamax, Lasix, Cardizem), and Tikosyn / Sotalol initiation process EPIC EMR experience preferred Ability to attend required orientation sessions Nicotine-free facility Telemetry RN Responsibilities Deliver high-quality patient care on the Telemetry (Cardiac) unit Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms; respond promptly to changes in patient condition Administer medications and manage cardiac drips according to clinical protocols Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes Float to other acute care units as needed to provide clinical support Accurately document patient care using EPIC EMR system Participate in orientation and ongoing nursing training sessions Apply now to join our healthcare team in Olathe, Kansas, and take the next step in your travel nursing career!
