We are seeking a high-performing Analyst to join KKR's Human Capital Center in New York. The Analyst role is a 2-year program, and this individual will help build and scale high-impact human-capital initiatives across our portfolio. The role blends strategic thinking with hands-on execution, partnering with KKR executives, portfolio-company leaders, and cross-functional teams to foster ownership cultures that drive employee engagement and business value.

This is the expected annual base salary range for this New York-based position. Actual salaries may vary based on factors, such as skill, experience, and qualification for the role. Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus, based on factors such as individual and team performance.
Base Salary Range $110,000 - $130,000 USD
