Skilled at managing priorities and passionate about creating safe and collaborative work environments, you will supervise the implementation of large-scale energy performance projects. You're resourceful, independent, and will proactively take initiative after consulting with our team of experts.

As a Site Supervisor, you will contribute to delivering top quality projects to Ecosystem's clients. You will supervise the work directly on site and resolve a variety of challenges in collaboration with a team of engineers. You will also ensure compliance with OHS regulations and the labor standards of the construction industry.

This position requires daily presence at our client's site, a major university located in Washington, D.C.

What You Will Do

• Establish a culture of excellence in Occupational Health & Safety and ensure that teams on site always follow OHS best practices.
• Ensure the work proceeds smoothly and efficiently from day to day.
• Make sure the work progresses as planned, open and close the site, manage various trades, and supervise subcontractors.
• Cultivate a collaborative environment, ensuring positive interactions between clients, building users, subcontractors, and operators.
• Check quality of work and ensure conformity with plans and specifications.
• Represent the project engineers when they are not able to be on site and support them in a variety of related tasks that they need your help with.
