    • El resultado principal que se espera de una recortadora es recortar, flamear y desbarbar piezas de plástico. La recortadora de plásticos supervisará la calidad de las piezas de plástico después de que se moldeen para garantizar que no haya defectos y recortar las piezas de plástico según los estándares de calidad.

    DEBERES y RESPONSABILIDADES ESENCIALES :

  • Inspecciona y revisa las piezas de plástico inmediatamente después de que se moldean
  • Utiliza una variedad de herramientas manuales y equipos eléctricos para cumplir con los estándares de piezas
  • Demuestra el uso adecuado y la seguridad de las herramientas manuales
  • Identifica y evita adecuadamente el uso de piezas defectuosas
  • Garantiza que las piezas estén de acuerdo con las especificaciones del cliente y de calidad, manteniendo al mismo tiempo un ritmo de producción adecuado

    • Un recortador debe ser capaz de realizar con éxito las tareas y responsabilidades esenciales enumeradas anteriormente. Se pueden hacer adaptaciones razonables para permitir que las personas con discapacidades realicen las funciones esenciales de este puesto.     • CUALIFICACIONES PREFERIDAS y REQUERIDAS :

    Educación : Diploma de escuela secundaria o equivalente de GED preferido

    Experiencia y / o Capacitación : Preferiblemente experiencia previa en moldeo rotacional

    Licencias / Certificados : Sin requisitos

    Tecnología / Equipo de Cómputo : Capacidad de utilizar plataformas informáticas para acceder a instrucciones de trabajo

    EXIGENCIAS FÍSICAS y MENTALES :

  • Esta posición se requiere con frecuencia para pararse y caminar
  • Es necesario para esta posición subir escaleras de vez en cuando a lo largo del día
  • Ocasionalmente puede ser necesario agacharse, agacharse, ponerse en cuclillas, agacharse o estirarse por encima de los hombros
  • Levantamiento frecuente de 10 a 20 lb
  • Levantamiento ocasional de 20 a 40 lb
  • Se requiere destreza manual para realizar las funciones normales del día a día
  • Siempre debe demostrar paciencia para superar con éxito los desafíos frustrantes y presentarse de manera profesional y tranquila
