Cloud Support Integration Engineer

A company is looking for a Cloud Priority Support Integration Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

Resolve technical incidents for customers involving software, networking, and hardware environments

Act as a subject matter expert on API / Integration and write scripts for internal and external use

Develop documentation regarding installation, upgrades, support, and compatibility issues

Required Qualifications

Fluent in English; Spanish or Portuguese fluency is a plus

2+ years of experience with API headers and troubleshooting related issues

Experience with 1st and 3rd party integrations to a SaaS product

Network troubleshooting experience and proficiency in deploying services like DHCP and DNS

Windows Server experience with application-level troubleshooting skills
