What You'll Do :

The Primary Care RN Consultant / Case Manager is responsible for providing direct care coordination, ensuring the care delivered is effective and efficient, and achieves desired patient outcomes. The registered nurse is responsible for providing clinical nursing care to clients according to established professional nursing practice standards of the American Nursing Association and in accordance with the North Carolina Nurse Practice Act and other regulatory standards.
