job_description.job_card.job_descriptionMaintains patient / client confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA regulations and company policy Administers treatments in accordance with company policies and procedures Able to perform a variety of aesthetic treatments including, but not limited to chemical peels, CoolSculpting, micro needling, and injections. Recommends various treatments and skin regimens based on patient consultation Pursue opportunities to educate patients on additional treatments and services Educate patients on all treatment processes including pre and post treatment care guidelines Detailed in their charting and clinical documentation of each patient Promote a professional and welcoming atmosphere that enhances quality of service and care offered to patients Maintains a professional and neat appearance that adheres to the company dress code Attends in house trainings and assists with company cosmetic events Assists with maintaining appropriate inventory levels and notifies management when inventory is low Maintain cleanliness of treatment rooms in between each patient Establish and maintain rapport with patients in order to ensure patient satisfaction Assists with clinical procedures as needed. Ensure safety of patients at all times when performing treatments Knowledgeable of various aesthetic services and skin care products Must have sound judgement, problem solving and decision-making skills Must be able to work a flexible schedule Must have strong written and oral communication skills, be highly organized and able to work independently with minimal supervision Strong knowledge of current trends and aesthetic treatments Current Ohio Registered Nurse License Must have 2-3 years of Aesthetic injectable experience Proven Sales Experience Proficient with personal computers and contemporary software programs (MS office, excel, etc.) Must maintain yearly Continued Education and stay current on prod
