An elite Miami-based trial boutique is seeking an exceptional Plaintiffs’ Trial Attorney to join its select litigation team. Position Overview

This role offers the chance to work on a limited, high-value caseload, receive mentorship from nationally recognized trial lawyers, and participate in complex, high-stakes litigation from inception through verdict. Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of litigation, from client intake to trial.
• Draft pleadings, motions, and legal briefs with precision.
• Conduct and defend depositions of parties, witnesses, and experts.
• Collaborate with senior trial attorneys on case strategy and trial preparation.
• Participate actively in jury trials, including voir dire, witness examination, and closing arguments.
• Maintain exceptional client communication and service throughout the litigation process.
