Job Description

Position : HVAC Manager

Essential Job Functions :

Supervise and lead the HVAC team, including scheduling, task delegation, and performance oversight

Ensure all HVAC / R systems operate safely, efficiently, and in compliance with resort standards and regulatory guidelines

Provide hands-on support for complex diagnostics, repairs, and system installations

Manage preventive maintenance programs for HVAC and refrigeration systems across the resort

Monitor system performance and identify opportunities for energy efficiency and cost savings

Coordinate with other Engineering leadership to support large-scale and capital improvement projects

Oversee vendor relationships, service contracts, and equipment inventory

Maintain documentation of inspections, repairs, compliance records, and work orders

Serve as the point of contact for HVAC-related emergencies or escalated system issues

Support team development through technical guidance, training, and accountability

Required Skills and Certifications :

HVAC / R experience

Valid driver's license

Recommended Experience :

Building Automation Systems (BAS)

Trane Tracer Summit and Ensemble platforms
