Sr. Software Engineer - EBS

The Senior Software Engineer position is responsible for the technical design, development, support and continuous improvement of our Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) platform and its integration with other enterprise systems. The individual in this position will work closely with functional and business teams to translate requirements into technical solutions and execute core tasks throughout the software development life cycle process.

What You Will Do at Graco

Technical Leadership

• Execute all tasks throughout the software development life cycle including analysis, design, development, testing, implementation and documentation
• Design, develop and maintain customizations, extensions, and integrations in Oracle EBS using PL / SQL, Forms, Reports, Workflow and APIs.
• Lead or contribute to the planning and execution of Oracle EBS upgrades, patches, and cloud migrations
• Monitor system performance, perform troubleshooting, and ensure application reliability and uptime
• Participate in system architecture decisions and contribute to strategic planning and governance.
• Ensure compliance with security, SOX, and other regulatory requirements.
• Ensures all programming, design, production control, data validation and quality control standards are met.
• Document technical designs, configuration changes, and standard operating procedures

The base pay range for this position is listed below, exclusive of fringe benefits or other compensation. If you are hired, your final base hourly rate will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, competencies, education, and / or experience. In addition to those factors, we will also consider internal equity of our current employees. Please keep in mind that the range provided is the full base salary range for the role. Hiring at or near the maximum of the range would not be typical to allow for future and continued salary growth.
