Job Description

B & L Mechanical is actively looking for an experienced HVAC Mechanical Design Engineer (P.E. License optional) who is capable of designing Commercial, Retail, Medical, Office facilities, etc., from design conception to completed Mechanical Submittal Plans, including all AutoCAD design and Title 24 compliance.

Must be able to physically meet and communicate effectively with all clients and attend design meetings with Architects, Owners, and Developers as required.

Compensation and Benefits

Starting salary is commensurate with experience, in the $110,000 to $130,000 annual range, including a company vehicle or vehicle allowance, gas, expenses, medical PPO plan, 401K plan, vacation, and paid holidays.

For the right person, this could become a future Principal position!
