About The Position

Job Title : X-Ray Technologist

Profession : Radiology / Cardiology

Specialty : Radiology Diagnostics

Duration : 13 weeks

Shift : Night

Hours per Shift : 12 hours (23 : 00 - 11 : 30)

Experience : Minimum of 1 year required

License : Must possess a valid state license

Certifications : ARRT R, BLS

Must-Have : EPIC charting experience required

Description :

This position requires obtaining plain film radiographs on inpatient units.

The work will involve using mobile and fixed radiographic equipment.

Candidates should have experience with a variety of radiographic procedures.

Experience in handling trauma cases is preferred.

Candidates will be required to float within their scope when necessary.

The average daily census includes patient age groups from neonates to geriatrics.

Special equipment used will include advanced radiographic machinery.

Candidates must be able to work effectively during weekend overnight shifts.

A natural nail policy is in place for the facility.

All candidates must comply with fingerprinting requirements as outlined in local regulations.

Modules will be assigned during the initial training period and are required to be completed.

Successful candidates will have strong communication and teamwork skills.

All applicants should have an understanding of safety and patient care standards.

Risk assessments and quality control measures are integral to the role.
