Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Commercial Construction Superintendent located in Greater St. Louis to oversee commercial projects ranging from $5,000,000 - $45,000,000. The Commercial Construction Superintendent will oversee daily operations on construction sites, enforce safety regulations, manage project timelines, and coordinate teams of workers. Additional responsibilities include monitoring project progress, ensuring adherence to building plans, managing budgets, and communicating with stakeholders at various levels.

Qualifications

Applicant must have a minimum of ten years experience in the commercial general contracting market. Experience in the construction of K-12 Schools, Storm Shelters, Secondary Educational Facilities such as dorms and educational buildings, office buildings, military or government facilities is preferred. Basic computer skills are required to compile daily reports, create red line drawings and communicate daily with the project team.
