INTERNSHIP POSITION SUMMARY
The Cincinnati Art Museum has an opening for a part-time Collection Management Copyright Intern for the spring of 2026. This position provides the candidate an opportunity to gain collections / data management experience.
The intern will assist with reviewing / organizing hardcopy copyright documents, audit against copyright information in the collection management database, research / correct discrepancies and assist with the development of data entry formatting.
The Collection Management Copyright Intern will also receive an overview of related general collection management practices, records management, exhibition and loan processes, condition reporting, art handling and crating / packing. This is a 12-week paid internship beginning in January or February 2026 and is scheduled for 20-24 hours per week.

Reporting to and working alongside the Head Registrar and permanent collection registrar, internship duties include, but are not limited to the following :
