Location : 14500 Parallel Road Basehor, KS 66007

Schedule : Full-Time | Monday to Friday | 8-Hour Shifts

What You'll Do :

  • Design and implement engaging, age-appropriate daily lesson plans.
  • Foster children's educational, emotional, and social development through a structured curriculum.
  • Create a nurturing, safe, and stimulating classroom environment.
  • Observe and assess each child’s progress, helping build self-esteem and social skills.
  • Collaborate with parents, staff, and administration to support each child’s development.
  • Stay up to date and in compliance with state licensing regulations and best practices in early childhood education.

What We're Looking For :

  • Experience : At least 6 months in a licensed childcare facility (1 year preferred).
  • Skills :

    • Strong understanding of child development and developmentally appropriate practices.

  • Effective classroom management and communication skills.
  • A team player who’s dependable, flexible, and passionate about children.
  • Certifications :

    • Willing to obtain Pediatric First Aid & CPR (preferred if already certified).

  • Must pass a background check.
