A company is looking for a Strategic Sourcing Senior Manager, Raw Materials.
Key Responsibilities :
Develop and implement global strategic sourcing initiatives for cost optimization and supplier performance
Lead supplier evaluations, negotiations, and contract management to ensure best procurement practices
Analyze procurement data to identify cost-saving opportunities and collaborate with stakeholders to align sourcing strategies
Required Qualifications :
Doctorate degree and 2 years of sourcing experience, or a Master's degree and 4 years, or a Bachelor's degree and 6 years, or an Associate's degree and 10 years, or a high school diploma / GED and 12 years of sourcing experience
Strategic sourcing experience
Strong supplier negotiation skills
Experience with global procurement e-sourcing and contract lifecycle management tools
Project management experience leading cross-functional teams
