Transload Operator
CTI is hiring a Transload Operator to join our skilled and versatile team in Morenci, AZ.
The primary responsibilities of a Transload Operator are to safely and timely unload lime from rail car into our tractor-trailers, while observing loading levels and delivering the product within the customer's facility. May perform a variety of other tasks related to the transfer or shipment of products.
Hourly Pay + OT + Bonus = APPLY NOW..$$
Starting pay is $20 / hr (DOE)
Overtime pay eligible
$500 quarterly Safety Bonus

JOB REQUIREMENTS
Minimum 18 years of ageValid driver licenseAuthorized access to Freeport McMoRan Inc. (FMI)Meet minimum background check requirements for FMINo more than 2 moving violations within the previous 3 yearsNo major violations within the last 5 yearsPrior transloading experience is highly preferredGeneral knowledge of railroad operations & familiar with brake systems on railcars, preferredMechanical abilities to troubleshoot and isolate malfunctions, preferredSuccessful controlled substance test at pre-employmentSuccessful respirator physical, and respirator fit testESSENTIAL DUTIES
Varying work hours with 10-12 hour shift 4-5 days a weekThe shift may vary between day or night, but is consistent for the entire weekExpect to unload 2 rail cars and deliver 8 loads of quicklime per shiftLoad the quicklime from the railcar to the semi or double trailers.Work outside at all times and be on your feet for extended periodsWear a face respirator and additional personal protective equipment (PPE) when required while performing tasksOther configurations of PPE are required at all times while on mine propertyMechanical abilities to troubleshoot and isolate malfunction - Water system to supply eyewash and shower stations, generator, compressorPosition the Transloader under the rail car to begin the unloading processReport railcar status and loads delivered to specific sitesClearly communicate verbally, as well as electronically with FMI and CTI Inc. personnel Radio and text / e-mailHandle stressful situations, make quick decisions and react efficiently and safelyOperation of basic hand toolsPHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
